The Data Warehouse is the local repository of end-of-term data. It represents a collaboration between PRO and Cabrillo IT.
The data are a reflection of the MIS data submissions with the addition of related local datasets. The MIS data submissions are regularly uploaded to the Community Colleges System Office by Cabrillo IT. See the CCC MIS Data Element Dictionary.
The dataset goes back approximately 15 years. It forms the basis for most of the information included in the Fact Book, and is utilized by PRO staff for everything from ad hoc research requests to major longitudinal academic performance studies.
